Cardiac Catherterization

Lutheran's cardiac cath lab team works side by side with Dupont team members to offer patients Lutheran Heart cardiac catheterizations services. Peripheral and cardiac diagnostics as well as interventional procedures, such as coronary angioplasties and stents, are performed in Dupont's special procedures laboratory.

Patients with a possible cardiac condition should be referred by their primary care physician for a cardiology consultation. If coronary angiography is indicated during the workup, the appropriate procedure will be scheduled.
